I am an independent clinical hypnotherapist, a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and I have been in practice since 1993. Basically my aim is to give you a better quality of life by bringing about lasting changes. The cause of many problems are hidden deeply in the subconscious mind but through hypnosis they can be reached and eliminated.
If you asked a dozen experts to define hypnosis, you would get a dozen different answers, not because of disagreement but due to the complexity of the subject. How do you define smell or pain? They certainly exist.

Actually, the hypnotic state, like the conscious state and the sleeping state is extremely complex and involves so many physiological, psychological and interpersonal factors that no one theory has yet been able to account for all the intricate operations that take place within its range.It is recognised that there is no generally accepted definition of hypnosis, though considerable consensus exists at a descriptive level.
Whatever your mind created, whether it's a phobia, panic attack, blushing, insomnia, unwanted habit, etc, your mind can take away. The question is, how do you do it? I approached Brian with an open mind and as a last resort. For many years since my teens, I had a problem with an eating disorder. I would compulsively eat at night during sleeping hours. This wrecked my eating pattern and indigestion was constant. Brian did his magic and then day by day for a month my night eating disappeared. I would say, trust in the process and you will get results. Brilliant!

I saw Brian for my anxiety with Dentist work being done and I can say I finally went to the dentist today and took it on! After every session I felt on top of the world! You truly understand how to relax after these sessions! Could not recommend enough! Best decision I made to start the year off!

I saw Brian for gastric band hypnosis and it has changed my eating habits and put me on the right path. I thought I'd never lose weight and at my heaviest of 265 pounds I was eating a takeaway everyday feeling the worst I had in my life. I had not been able to fly for 10 year's, after seven sessions with Brian I took my first flight to Prague and was so calm. That has never happened before. I cannot recommend him highly enough. First class service 👍
