I saw a pair of shoes on the website that my eldest son had, in the sale. I needed another pair for my youngest son. So I went in especially to buy them, he tried on only this pair. They tried to charge me full price but decided to honour the online price but apparently shouldn't as they provide a service. They didn't help my son with his shoes &… when asked they said they fitted fine. I asked for an insole as they were too big, they then agreed they fitted better! Service terrible, just seem to want to sell anything for as much as they can rather than the advertised price. Will stick
