Critical: Responsiveness
Approached them to find us a holiday to South America. Was told by a lady that she was on holiday the next day but would call us the day after that. Never bothered!

A huge thanks to Donna and Knowle travel who helped us book this fantastic holiday to Florida. Not only did they recommend our hotel but also sorted park tickets and car hire as well as UK hotel and airport parking. Really helpful travel agency! They couldn't do enough for me when I was planning my family holiday! My only criticism is that the outside appearance is very shabby!
