If you have toddler and need to book travel, ask the toddler. I have never known such incompetence.
I have no idea why my employer insists on using an agent in An age where things can be booked in a couple clicks. But they do, and because of it I’m forced to put up with the consistent failings and consequent delays.

Absolutely useless - inefficient and unnecessary third party booker. They said my ticket had been taken by someone else (it hadn't) resulting in me having to purchase again. Were unable to help other than say I need to go through some convoluted refund process - not great when stranded at a platform.

Don’t use click travel.
Book through them for 2 nights hotel stay. They sent through the confirmation which I printed.
Arrived at the hotel and was told the card had been declined it’s now been two hours with the poor receptionist being taken in circles over the phone by this despicable company. Still waiting. Speaking to colleagues this is a common occurrence.
DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CURCUMSTANCES
If I could rate with less than one star I would have.
