We are members of the Pet Care Trade Association and British Dog Groomers Association. Members promise to follow a code of practice designed to guarantee the highest standards of animal welfare and customer care. We do not cage dogs. We run an appointment system which means that your dog will remain with us for the time it takes to groom them. Your pet will receive one-on-one care and attention whilst they are with us.

We appreciate that your dog is more than just a pet; it is a member of your family. Therefore, we treat them with the same loving care and attention that we give our own dogs (and our dogs are REALLY spoilt!). Quite simply the best groomers in the area. We have used Stephanie and Lucy for over 2 years now, my dogs always look wonderful and we know that they are in excellent hands. They do a fantastic job and their love of dogs just shines through! They are also very reasonably priced. We wouldn't take our two dogs anywhere else.
