Couldn't recommend this place more highly, Mark and his team were able to deal with my dog who, due to fear, usually does not allow anyone anywhere near her hair (without sedatives). So we were all amazed to find her fully clipped. Really lovely service, I think they must have been really kind to her in spite of her behaviour... I'm sure it's helped reduce her fear, and she is perhaps even looking forward to her next visit there!!

Don't know how they can call themselves dog groomers. The girl didn't listen to the instructions I gave her. The guy cut fur off that I didn't want cutting and it wasn't cut even . I could have done a better job myself. I told him I would sort my dog out myself. My poor dog looks a mess. I would never go back. It was a waste of £30.
