Helen is so accommodating and helpful - especially during lockdown. It’s been so stressful with a toddler trying to make sure she has shoes that fit whilst her feet grow so quickly. Helen measured and delivered some shoes. This was a perfect help at the minute and very much appreciated. Shoes are an excellent quality. All stock at Cheeky Monkeys is quality brands. Thank you!

Called in for the first time at 4.55pm a few days before Christmas and time just wasn't an issue. The shop is like a tardis and has so much more stock than I realised with a big area upstairs too. I found the perfect solution to my dilemma in a beautiful and very reasonably priced Joules outfit along with a little game for the baby's big sister which was a bonus. Thank you for your help and courtesy. I'll be back soon. Highly recommended.

L took my 3 year old to Cheeky Monkeys in Lincoln this week to get some new shoes. It felt very safe as just one family group were allowed in at a time. Helen was lovely with my daughter and found us some shoes that we both love and are sturdy enough for preschool. I would highly recommend for shoe fitting.

Went into your Lincoln shop today with my daughter and 3 grandchildren to get school shoes. The children had a great experience, the atmosphere was so relaxed and the 2 ladies ( jo and Nina) went out of their way to oblige. Nothing was too much trouble and they checked that growing room was ample as well as the fit. New shoes for 3 young , excited children wasn’t an experience I was looking forward to, but I would like to thank you for making the visit a treasured memory x x

Recently found this shop online and I absolutely love it! Great range of items, competitive prices and genuinely outstanding customer service even at such a tough and challenging time. A big shout out to Helen who always gets back to questions and queries quickly. This will be my go to shop for my little one now and also for any gifts!

Just wanted to leave a positive review and recommendation. I had a last minute dash today to the store when I found out my daughter was able to go back to school tomorrow but her school shoes didn’t fit. Helen was so very friendly, helpful and patient with my girls, excellent service as always and great safety precautions, PPE in place to deal with the current COVID 19 situation. Thanks again.
