Will give it a two stars for providing the cupcakes as was advertised. On time delivery and looked exactly like pictures in the website.
UNFORTUNATELY the quality of cupcakes was just awful. Could not even eat a bite of it. Literally took a picture and threw the whole thing away, felt as if it's not edible and I'm eating plastic.
If you just want a picture with it, go for it otherwise very very very bad cupcakes quality.

Cake turned up an absolute disgrace on size basically see-through, cost through the roof looks like a Frisbee, phoned to complain got a very rude lady on the phone very bad customer service representative cake… is 1.5cm thick wasn't even a Christmas cake which is what I ordered was a plane cake with Christmas icing ontop. have asked for a phone call and still waiting weeks later for a response back

Absolutely amazing all round experience and cakes from these guys! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Got a cake for my sons birthday and they managed to bring all his ideas together in a spectacular fully personalised cake. He… decided on the plain sponge for the actual cake and it was such a good idea, tasted perfect. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be ordering again soon!

Repeat customer. I feel grateful that my cakes were delivered intact to London after multiple purchase. Thanks to the careful packaging and attentive courier service. Really lovely cake! Was great to be able to have a bespoke design on the cake. The cake tasted really nice and was the perfect amount for us all to share. It brought lots of laughter and joy. The cake came beautifull packaged. I would definitely recommend and will definitely go back for another order!

Ordered for my daughters 10th birthday needed it to come a few days before her bday as we were going on holiday and wanted to take it with us. Said if I ordered by 2pm I would get next day delivery. It didn't come that day but the day after and by that time we were already away. Then when I came home to the parcel this is what I got (see pictures below - what I was meant to get verses what I actually got) I don't think it's bad to expect what you ordered to be what you actually get. I have emailed company and no reply. Will not be ordering with bakerydays again. My daughter was crushed twice. Never

This was how my £40 cake arrived. Obviously I couldn’t use it as it had been exposed to the air so no doubt would have been stale. I communicated with the company for over two weeks by email and phone and all they wanted to offer me was another cake - missed the point really, the occasion had gone. The cake itself was smaller than they claimed and had a cheap pre printed icing circle on the top. I’ve bought better cakes in the local supermarket. Don’t waste your money.

Recieved this lovely cake to the door, packaged safely and in perfect condition. The cake looked perfect and as requested. The sponge was light and had 2 delicate layers of vanilla and then jam. The icing was… just how we like not too thick just right. Everyone commented how tasty it was.... Thank you so much would highly recommend.

The cake has arrived as scheduled but the decorations was broken and the size of it was completely disappointing. I've ordered single tier for 10 servings but the size is as small as pancake. It's nowhere near for special occasion cake size. The worst cake I've ever seen in my whole life. Stay away from this company because they are cheat!!!
