We had a leaky tiled shower in our master bath. We called Protiling ltd. to essentially remove the tiled shower and retile it, including the shower pan.
They gave us good information before beginning the work, and as the work progressed. They kept us involved by explaining what work would be done each day and what the purpose was, and guided us through a few decisions; for example, one option would have involved removing some wood which might affect the paint of the wall in the adjoining bedroom. They would have repainted if we had the right paint color, but I wasn't sure about that, so we chose
