What can I say other than amazing. Barons were my buyers estate agents however I found them to be very helpful and on the ball. They helped my stress levels no end by keeping me up to date on matters which were causing delays where my own estate agent failed to inform me on a number of things. Having failed to sell with a large estate agent, I spoke with several local estate agents but never felt confident in their ability to sell. Barons were a breath of fresh air. From the beginning, their staff were professional, experienced and knowledgeable.
Unlike the large estate agency, Barons maintained regular, meaningful communication throughout the sale process. Whenever difficulties arised on the buyer's side, they were efficient in resolving matters.

Started our process with Patrick, who was friendly, professional and knowlegdeable. He kept us in the loop until our property search was complete, and found new properties for us in the process. He then passed us over to Charlie, our sales progressor, who kept up updated, and advised us every step of the way until our sale was complete. We had a great expirience with these two. Thank you!

We purchased a property marketed by Barons in Basingstoke. Due to several complications within the chain the process took approximately seven months and was hugely frustrating. It often felt as if Charlie at Barons was the only person keeping us updated. We massively appreciated his regular communications. Barons Estate Agents stepped up when I asked them to take over the sale of my property and within 4 days had a buyer. My point of contact was Charlie Mather and he updated me at every stage of the process with regular calls and updates.
He managed the relationship between myself and the buyer in a professional manner and even calmed my ruffled feathers when, at one point, I wanted to pull out of the negotiations.

Had a bad experience with another estate agent. Using Barons was alike a breath for fresh air. They didn’t overvalue the house to flatter me, just based on good marketing and local info. Great comms and sold the house within 3 days. We then had a long wait until our new property was ready, but every week they kept us informed via a call. If you want to sell your house and have great customer service, then use Barons.

We were buying a property via Barons & found their company to be professional and efficient. Liam John in the sales department in particular is a true asset to the team. We found Liam’s approach professional, courteous and his friendly manner is lovely & not your typical ‘estate agent’.
