Great experience buying. We were first time buyers with a fairly large budget and Property Explorer were the ONLY agents in Basingstoke who took the time to email and phone us when new properties came on the market to arrange viewings, even after registering with all other agencies. I don't think I can make this clear enough just how beneficial this was for us and how much it was appreciated. We have rented through this company for many years. They are very professional and we have always been very happy with their service. If we had a problem in the house you just fill in this online form and usually within days there is someone to have a look at it. Also I found the people that work there very friendly and approachable. We are now not renting anymore but if we ever will again these guys will be the ones we will go to. Thanks for everything.
