I ordered a smeg from them, puportedly unused (My plumber said it was wet inside the tube and looked used from the interior function wear and tear). The photos on the website were clear, with a tiny scratch on the side at the back of the machine. However the one sent to me had an enormous scratch up the middle in the front, also dented, and various dents on the buttons and scuffs and mis-shapen corners as if it had received a fair bit of wear and tear or a serious bashing. I wrote to them about it but received no reply whatsoever. Furthermore, it stopped working after 6 months.

Don’t bother buying from these people honestly! Two expensive washing machines later and I STILL don’t have a working machine! One didn’t work on arrival and it took weeks to get a replacement, was offered a pathetic £50 back which never actually happened. Staff don’t care and act like they are doing you a favour if they actually help you.
Second machine worked for a few washes and it now also broken!
They weren’t cheap machines either costing over 500.

DON'T DO IT COW BOYS. don't get what you paid for my smeg oven came with a really bent door which was never stated on ad.when I rang I was told sometimes they come in like that so basically deal with it. It also stated 1 year guarantee before I brought it on ad then it changed with out me noing to 60 days after payment on invoice which I never saw. Now it broke. So missold the oven. WISHED I HAD PAID MORE ATTENTION TO OTHER REVIEWS AND NOT GIVING THEM A CHANCE

From start to finish an excellent experience, very easy ordering online and I found customer services to be more than helpful and polite... they even rang us to arrange everything. The delivery was delayed at my request and on the day of delivery we got a call as promised 30-60 minutes beforehand so i could get back home quickly to take the delivery. The delivery driver was very helpful and adhered to the current regulations with Covid he also unwrapped the very well packaged product for us so we could check it before he left but everything was just perfect. Would not use again.... I brought I graded oven and was prepared for cosmetic damage, however the oven was non-functional... completely dead. Reported it to them, but they wanted not involvement and referred me to the manufacturer to resolve. Be careful if buying graded products as clearly they aren't testing them before dispatch to ensure they actually work.

Very disappointed with this company. Purchased 2 items. Neff downdraft said 'undamaged' but when opened had a large dent. Showed how the damage was missed but evident as it was still covered with plastic in their own photo (on left). Due to delays the item wasn't checked till kitchen installation (on right) so beyond 28 days 'returns policy'. Sent 2 emails and several calls but was brushed off. The 'undamaged' claim was incorrect but they are sticking to their 'policy' and won't refund. Company 'policy' is not a decent reply to an obvious error on their part. It is not beyond their ability to refund

Horrible excuse for a company, ordered a cooker top from them and it was attempted to be sent twice and both times they couldn't even figure out the correct paperwork for it to be sent with on their side so was returned, wasted over a month of our time before saying that they just weren't even going to ship it then began blaming my partner for their own incompetence and swearing down the phone at her. should of read their reviews on here and especially on trust pilot before ordering

I definitely wouldn’t order any thing from these again!!! We ordered a £500 microwave oven over lockdown and when it was delivered it was just sent to us in bubble rap yes that’s right bubble wrap unbelievable really 😱 So when we opened it some of the glass was chipped !!! Phoned them up a few times sent pictures in and so on there response was… well we sent it out undamaged REALLY !!! You sent a £500 microwave oven out in bubble rap I’m surprised there wasn’t more damage!!! 4 weeks now after we respond to that answer we’re still WAITING

Bought 5 appliances, three faulty. Had to wait in the house for days on end for SMEG to come and fix all the faulty appliances this company have sold us. Left us with a faulty hob over COVID with young children as nothing could be done (understandable) however when you report a problem post COVID it’s a different story (“should have reported it before”). Double standards and rude customer service- as echoed by other reviews.

We ordered a SMEG splash back for cooker 1st week of lock down.
In the second week of lockdown we were told our kitchen was on hold as the manufacturer had closed down. Not our fault really, wasn’t really… anyone’s fault this was a global pandemic that we are still in. We have just had our kitchen delivered and installed and the splash back is slightly to big. We asked could we get a refund or exchange....even a credit note to use on another appliance. The answer has been a resounding NO. No compassion for the fact that there has been a pandemic.
