Not the service expected.
Had a oven break down when using the grill. We told the engineer this, yet two other parts were apparently required, but that didnt get it working, so then we were told the grill element needed to be changed.
Firm have slick online and payment service but took 10 days from first visit till oven was working fully again (despite our approving/paying for parts as soon as we were told of costs).
Seems to be upto a 100% mark up on espare costs for parts. Switch £15/21. Oven element £21/26.1. Grill element £28/59.
Call out cost was £82.80. Total cost including vat and

I had a problem with my gas oven, the engineer came out checked and it required a part. With in a week turn around he returned to replace the faulty part. The work was excellent, clean and tidy and well carried out. All handled well from the original call to the company, good communication, really pleased. Would recommend them.

In my experience this company should be avoided. I called to arrange an appointment for my dishwasher fault to be diagnosed and fixed. We were charged £60 for an engineer to attend, at which point we were told to get a plumber to plumb the machine in as this would fix the problem. We paid £30 for this to be done to discover the same fault occurred. We had been told that the original £60 fee would cover any further work necessary (except for parts) so rearranged another appointment for the following week where the engineer would attend my property to diagnose the problem (again). I have no issue

*PLEASE AVOID - THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLEARER ON THEIR NO CALL OUT CHARGE POLICY*.
On the basis of the 'no call out charge' advertised we arranged for a visit to see if our fridge was repairable or if we needed a new one. It took a 2 minute inspection to realise we would need a new one, only to be billed £48 for the pleasure. I say 'billed' but the man was very reluctant to provide an invoice or receipt. He also said no call out charges do not apply to fridge freezers despite the website being clear that it does. I called the company to be told the no call out charge covered the journey from
