I was made welcome from day one and I was there 19 nights. Martin the owner was lovely friendly man who even came to my rescue having inadvertently locked myself out one day and not only that because I was then late he drove me to Longbridge where I was doing a course. The place was spotless Inside and out . Single room definitely small but clean and comfortable and has everything you’d need. Location very convenient as the train station was a minute walk away.

Martin is a really nice guy, who makes you feel welcomed into his home!
Rooms are clean and tidy, but the breakfast is by far the best I've ever had in any hotel...you really cannot fault this place for the price!
Highly recommended!

Chased up an enquiry after two days, they told me they'd seen the enquiry come through and couldn't accommodate it. I asked if they were going to let me know this at any point. Told me that they had been too busy. Very rude on the phone.

I have been looking for a room to my business client to stay. Find this hotel neer to my home and on my way stop to have a look and get information by price and availability. Park my car in the hotel carpark and try to find someone to talk. Nobody's was there. Just get back in to my car to leave and someone come and open my car door on me. This person was so unrespectfull when I said he shouldn't toch my car not even open a door. He introduced himself as a property and hotel owner. When I said why Im here he refused anything and he ask me to leave his parivat property. This is not a hotel, this

I tried to book a single room over the telephone and when I enquired as to why my credit card details were required in full, over the phone, the gentleman explained he would be taking full payment as a deposit on the morning of my arrival. I asked if that was normal to take the full amount as deposit and he lost his temper with me. I asked him to calm down but he would not, telling me that this was "his business" and "I suggest you find somewhere else to stay" whereby he hung up the phone!
