The rooms are pretty basic. American style motel with separate entrance. I would not recommend for lone females. It may provide sheltered accommodation for the unfortunates but I can't be certain. There were undesirables hanging around in their cars in the car park right outside the rooms. Wouldn't normally bother me but they seemed bothered by my appearance. Blacked out windows is never a good sign at night. Decided to park elsewhere. Last thing you need are dealers thinking you're a cop.

Would not recommend this hotel to anybody, firstly they take a deposit of £100 when you get there as ‘ security’. Had to video most things in the room that didn’t work as soon as I got there so that I got my money back, turns out they DONT refund you, the money ‘disappears’ off your bank statement and they claim that they’ve done their part and sent it back and tell you to contact your bank as it’s an issue with your bank account. When I’m reality they’re probably just pocketing the security deposit money, wouldn’t pay £20 nevermind £63 to spend a night here! It’s vile

Be very careful booking this hotel, they say you can cancel, I emailed to cancel about 2 weeks before due to stay there. They charged me £190 ,and said they had not received any cancellation. Refused to believe me.

The "executive suite" was nothing of the sort. Very basic, dirty cups, poor quality coffee and tea in room and the beds weren't very comfy. Also lacking in furniture. It was a triple room with only one easy chair, wardrobe and seat at the "dressing" table.
The staff were very good and the breakfast was lovely.

Very Poor Standard of Accommodation, upon arrival the room allocated was presented unclean with toilet roll unraveled across the floor, and the bedroom floor had clearly not been hoovered for some some due to the amount of dirt. The receptionist waited to speak to a manager who then agreed to move rooms after a wait in the lobby. The second room, whilst clean was no more presentable, smaller than my initial room this room demonstrated a severe lack of care and repair over a period of time. More frustratingly there is no power sockets situated in the vicinity of the bed. Aside from this the bathroom

I paid £180 for a single night in the 'Triple Executive suite'. I feel like I've been scammed, when we arrived they had given our room to someone else because they hadn't added our booking to their system. The room they gave us looked nothing like the photos online and was instead two beds and a bunk bed kitted out with horrible paper thin irritating bed coverings. All the mattresses were of varying quality too.
On arrival there was a man harrassing people waiting in the check-in queue drinking and coughing very openly in the bar area.
If there was anywhere else available on that night to sleep

Unclean room - Sink and surfaces were not cleaned. Human head hair on cushions and sheets. Floor not hoovered. Shower walls with steaks of shampoo on them. Part of hotel being used for Social housing. Very rough area and Police visited the hotel whilst I was there due to a dispute I would avoid. Complained this morning and was told that my complaint would be passed on. No apology given !

Absolutely appalling this astablsiment.
God knows how it's a 3 star maybe when it first opened its doors..
Yeah might be outdated...
That's not the concern..
At least it should be clean given the current climate when cleanliness should be highest of priority..
Room that was provided was due it's annual hovering and trying to brush it off as fluff from new carpets...
Nothing new in sight had to laugh at the one..
Good try 🤣
And seen there has also been same concerns around 3 months ago.
Where owner has stated it's going under renovation...
No signs of that whatsoever...

Over the last 15 years I have spent a lot of time in this hotel. I have stayed overnight, up to 6 days e.g. retirement week: attended seminars and conferences e.g. mental health, Disability; meetings with friends, business colleagues e.g. Mary Kay, BNI, Kleeneze, Tiens, launches, breakfasts, lunches and more. Its a great cooling off spac with different sized rroomsqooms according to needs.Staff have come and gone; I've met some interesting, magical, mysterious guests.A great home away from home.

This hotel offers a range of rooms however the only difference is how many beds they have crammed into each space. The rooms are tidy and equipped with a TV, brew kit and trouser press. The bathrooms are quite good but I would recommend bringing your own soap and shampoo. The food is of an acceptable quality but i think £17 for a two course meal is very expensive for the quality provided and would suggest popping across the road to the close by venues. All in all, acceptable but I would say I've had better for far cheaper
