All our dentists adhere to the rules governing the profession under strict guidance from the General Dental Council (GDC) "Standards for Dental Professionals". We pride ourselves on our excellent patient care from beginning to end from our dedicated team of dentists, hygienists, oral health educator, practice manager, receptionists and nurses.
Charlbury Dental Practice is a caring modern family practice located in the heart of Oxfordshire, and has been providing high quality dentistry, with outstanding continuity of care and service to the local community since 1978. We have earned a reputation for excellent dental care and customer service, with many of our new patients registering with us due to personal recommendation.
Charlbury Dental Practice is situated in the small market town of Charlbury in West Oxfordshire in the heart of the golden triangle of the towns of Oxford Chipping Norton and Burford. Our practice is located on the ground floor of the modern, purpose-built Spendlove Centre and is fully accessible for all patients.
Just a word of sincere thanks for the friendly reception and most competent treatment that both my wife and I have received from all in the practice over more than a decade. Like many people I hadn't visited my dentist for the best part of twenty years, the dental care of the 1970's making sure that my fears lay ingrained!

I used to hate dentists so much that I gave up going. However, my teeth needed a little help. Reluctantly I thought I would try this dentist as it was highly recommended.
Everyone were friendly and relaxed. As I entered the room my dentist and dental nurse were lovely. I was becoming more and more relaxed. I was told what was happening at every stage. I chose what music to listen to. Nothing was rushed.
I am so pleased I no longer have to hide my teeth.
Can't thank them all enough.
I travel 2 hours to visit this practice, that is how happy I am with them all

Thank you for my recent treatment at Charlbury Dental Practice ...I had to have a damaged tooth removed...I do have a fear of injections so was not looking forward to the procedure at all.
Dr Bhavin Patel carried out the procedure after he had very carefully explained what he was going to do.....
I was apprehensive especially re the injections, but I have to say, I was amazed how well it went, yes it was uncomfortable, but I didn't feel real pain or fear during the procedure.

I am always amazed and impressed by Kam's dexterity and skill when she treats my teeth. I go in expecting the worst, and she somehow manages everything she has to do with such expertise and efficiency, it is all over before I know it, and really hasn't been painful. She has given me incredibly useful tips (did you know fizzy water - yes, even plain old soda water - is bad for your enamel and increases sensitivity? Also apples and nectarines, not just lemons!), and is always encouraging and cheerful.
I know I am in very safe hands when I see her, and feel she makes the right decisions for me.
