Milton Dental Practice is situated in the Oxfordshire Cotswold village of Milton-under-Wychwood. Penny Clarke will ensure that your visit to our practice is a pleasant one. It's Penny's job to book your appointments so that they suit your schedule and ensure that patients in pain are seen as soon as possible.
Penny can also answer any questions you may have about your treatment and liaises between the patients and the clinical staff. It's the nurses' job to assist the dentist to enable the dental procedures to flow smoothly. They prepare the surgery, mix materials and are responsible for the cross-infection control.

Services
After so many years serving the local community, at Milton Dental Practice we are very aware that the journey to good oral health is a joint one taken by you and us working together. So each patient's treatment is tailored to suit their needs and wants, and to suit their pocket. Once you've contacted the practice, you will be sent a Welcome Pack by Penny our Receptionist, with a Practice Leaflet giving basic information about us and directions.
Dr Bigg has been looking after his patients in West Oxfordshire for over 40 years. During this time he has treated up to four generations of some families and this experience has contributed to our philosophy of care. Too often in the past, teeth have been restored by cutting away tooth tissue. Once this is lost, it cannot be re-gained.
Dr Bigg lectures at home and abroad on Cosmetic and Non-Invasive Dentistry, and has lectured on Tooth Whitening for MSc students at the University of Manchester. This helps to ensure that he is aware of all the recent developments in dentistry. Tooth whitening has become simpler and quicker in the last few years.
We are now able to offer dental implants at our practice - the number one solution for the replacement of missing or failing teeth. They can completely restore appearance, function, and ultimately, self-confidence. A dental implant is an artificial tooth root made out of titanium. Titanium is a noble metal that is highly compatible with living tissue.
