Derek and his team were great. And couldnt fault them. Answered every query promptly. Arrived in plenty of time to set up. We hired the rodeo bull for our son's 18th party and it was a great addition to the party. Everyone loved it and brought lots of laughter. Would highly recommend. Well priced, great communication, reliable, friendly service. Will definitely use again for future events. Go for it..book it! You know you want to :)

Absolutely superb! Easy booking system, showed me availability then great communication throughout the process. Always a bit worrying booking things like this as if they don’t turn up it ruins the party but they answered every text and email super quick and put my mind at ease. They guys were also really nice with all the kids and arrived super early to set up so we had plenty of time. Can’t recommend highly enough will be using for all future parties!

Cannot highly recommend Derek & staff enough, from the initial enquiry to hire the rodeo bull for my sons 16th right the way through to the booking, day of the booking and day after, customer service is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Cannot wait to use this company again as it was such an amazing party and you cannot go wrong when the staff take so much pride in what they do

We hired the army obstacle course for my daughters year six leavers and it was a great hit with the kids, Derek was amazing and kept me updated from days before the party, reassured me that everything was ok and time he would arrive, showed me exactly how it should be used and made it extra safe for the children, took a lot of pressure off me and one less thing to worry about, most castles I have hired in the passed just drop off and go, he made sure I knew everything I needed! thank you so much and we will definitely be using again best we have used by far
