Prompt delivery and pick up. Men gave the castle a quick wipe down and were polite when asked to wear masks when entering indoors. I would have given 4 stars if a mat or two was provided as requested in the notes for the hard floor around the castle with a slide. I used some foam mats instead but they proved to slip when children ran round and round from the slide to the castle which I felt could have been prevented with the right mats. Thankfully, no injuries. Recommend the castle with a slide to make it more worthwhile for kids but with mats if indoors.

Hired unicorn bouncy castle for my granddaughters party it arrived just after eight the guys set it up quickly no hassle, kids had a great day and it was collected after six. I booked this months in advance got confirmation straight away and then got confirmation the day before. Highly recommend would definitely use again. Thanks

Couldn't have been happier with KC Bouncy Castles. Easy to book with, emailed updates and reminders of our booking and the price and Castle itself were spot on. The lads who delivered and picked up the bouncy castle were boss Scouse lads, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and so quick setting it up and taking it down. I'm telling everyone I know who to use when they need a bouncy castle or garden game.
