I had a princess soft play hired for my Daughters birthday last weekend.
brillant quick delivery, had it all day children absolutely loved it and came and collected in the evening. Will definitely be using again, all staff that I encountered with were kind friendly and very helpful .

Well there is nothing bad I can say and highly recommend them. Service is so perfect and professional. They are so friendly and polite. I cannot recommend A Star bouncy castles more highly. They really saved the day for our son’s 8th birthday party when another local company let us down at the last minute. Customer service and delivery were first rate and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional.

Steve is just brilliant, he saved our sanity over lockdown, he messaged if it’s to danger for the castle to go up and will go out of his way to give excellent customer service.

Astar saved the day for us! We were badly let down by another company minutes before the party was due to start, and my 6 year old nephew was so upset that he wouldn't have the bouncy castle he was looking forward to. We called Astar on the off chance that they'd have something available that day, and within 30 minutes they came and put up a Super Hero bouncy castle. My nephew was thrilled! We are so grateful to Astar for dropping their weekend plans in order to help us out. Thank you!

I never usually write reviews but I feel compelled as the service I received from A-Star last weekend was brilliant. After being let down by a local company, A-star provided us 3 castles & Did Car Track for an indoor birthday party within 3 hours of ordering. They certainly saved the day and made my twin girls have a happy birthday party. I would not bother using any other local companies, just ring A-Star for the best prices and best service. We will be ordering again soon!

We have had many castles from A-Star and we would highly recommend them to everyone! Their prices are the cheapest in Leicestershire, the castles are new and clean, and their customer service is superb. If you need a castle for any occasion I would contact A-Star first!!

We had been let down by funcastles of Loughborough. Rang astar castles who had one with us in less than half an hour. Fantastic castle and very professional. We will recommend this firm to anyone who needs a bouncy castle.
