Let our good friends down on the morning of the hire, rang and said they had blowers stolen and they couldn't make it. Even though they had loads of other hires that got deliverd! Ignored calls and turned phone of in the end. Would definitely not recommend!!!

Very disappointed. I had booked the bouncy castle back in April for my father’s 91st birthday party on Saturday 26th June. I arranged for it to be delivered on the Friday evening for the party on the Saturday. I had confirmed the details the week before the party. They failed to show up on the Friday , and did not respond to my text message asking when they were coming. I phoned on the Saturday morning to be told they were very busy and they’d get it to me by 12 o’clock. This was not convenient to us as I had previously explained to them so I cancelled it on the morning. Not impressed!

My daughter wanted a neon party, found bouncy days and it looked awesome, I struggle with takeing in a lot of information reading so I sent a enquiry asking them to call so we could plan it on the phone.
A few days later I get a call but missed it, I messaged to ask them to call back when they were free, I got a reply saying they would call me at 7 o'clock that night as they was busy, so I waited, no call came so I messaged and said I guess you're still busy so please call me tomorrow and they still haven't replied or contacted me back which is a joke when you're trying to sort a party , totally
