We are an independent mortgage brokerage with expertise in the employee benefit sector. At Charles Cameron & Associates (CC&A), we can advise clients on Residential and buy-to-let mortgages and remortgages, as well as Bridging Finance, Commercial, Second Charge Mortgages and Secured Lending. We are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
We work with HR and benefits teams to offer employees, partners, and associates fee-free mortgage education services. Our free mortgage advice services include individual meetings in your offices as well as educational events. Your company bears none of the cost, incurs no risk, and does not suffer any additional workload.

The service that Daniel Shaw and the team at Charles Cameron provided throughout the process was excellent. From advising on my mortgage options, to obtaining a decision in principle, submitting the full mortgage application, overseeing the conveyancing process and answering any questions that I had. Great experience twice now with Tim and Molly. Clear explanation of all options, thorough research, quick responses. Tim flagged the upcoming rate increase and worked until midnight submitting our application to guarantee the lower rate. Also great service contacting us when our mortgage is up for renewal. I worked with Charles Cameron on the purchase of my new home. I am a first time buyer and I cannot recommend this company more. In particular, Tom Cleary has been so helpful and patient. He answered every question quickly and no question was a burden for him.
