Originally a pine and country antiques shop, owned since the mid 1970's by Richard's parents, it wasn't until they retired in 2003 that the shop began life as it is now. The business was brought into the 21st century by Richard, and, his wife Louise who stripped back and re-styled the shop, whilst continuing with the customer focused values of a family run business.
The rest, they say, is history. Now in it's 16th year their new home furniture and exquisite accessory store is growing every day. Richard & Louise use 'The Richard Harvey Collection' to illustrate their love of fusion between traditional and contemporary design classics and their showrooms illustrate how the furniture and accessories can be combined together to create the most stylish home.

Mango wood Corner TV Unit is a fantastic TV unit with 2 shelves to store your SKY/DVD equipment etc. A sealed unit with 2 holes in the back to allow all cables to freely exit. The unusual grain adds depth and character to the beautiful warm colour of the wood. The fruit wood is only taken from sustainable sources.

What a lovely shop to have on my doorstep! I went in he other day, looking for inspiration for a birthday present and not only was I amazed at the beautiful displays it was the personal help I was given in choosing a gift that was truly special. No pressure to buy, just a genuine enthusiasm for the goods they offer - lovely thank you ( Needless to say the gift was appreciated and even though Richard Harvey provided a gift receipt so she could exchange, there was no need as she loved the present). Great to be able to buy something unique at a reasonable price - 5/5
