Superb range of quality furniture offered in pleasant surroundings with outstanding customer service from friendly and helpful staff. Up to and including the ladies in the accounts office who make nice coffee through to the delivery drivers who bring your purchases in to your home and assemble everything with the upmost care and courtesy.

The whole experience of dealing with Midfurn was a joy and made so easy. We had our 3 seater & 2 seater sofas including footstool, delivered yesterday, on time and the two fellas that delivered them were very courteous and pleasant. They also wore masks as per Covid guidelines. We are delighted with our ‘buy’ and the quality is self evident. Well done to Midfurn.

Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish..!! we have just taken delivery of our new stessless sofa and chairs, we are over the moon with the amazing quality of our purchase, stylish and suits our home perfectly.
From our first visit to the store, Jez and all the other staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and welcoming, ( something you don't often find in other furniture stores ) and with a great range of amazing top quality furniture..we didn't need to go anywhere else.!

Midfurn are superb, the service we received from start to finish was second to none. We purchased two beautiful Parker Knoll sofas, and a Hypnos Bed. Jeremy, Director of Midfurn, guided us every step of the way, listening to our requirements, thoughts on colour schemes and always mindful of our budget. Midfurn faced challenging circumstances caused by COVID-19 with professionalism and great care, keeping us updated regularly with manufacturing details and expected delivery timescales. Same experience as others on yelp they were all smiles for you to buy, but after three years of use we have found our Stress less suite his giving us backache and we have to sit on memory foam cushions (ruins the look ) I phoned them twice and explained,but this is apparently due to 'settlement' and of course not under guarantee. I really thought such an expensive suite would last longer than three years. A month after the first phone call I phoned again, but still haven't heard anything ; I will ring again, as they said they would get in to the makers and it may be due to us sitting

We have just had an armchair and footstool delivered that we purchased in store last week. We bought a display model so that we could hve without an eight week wait. The chair was delivered minus atable that was attached to the arm of the chair in the showroom. As far as I was concerned we were given a price for the model as seen in the showroom, no mention of the table not being included was made at any time. When I found to ask where it was I spoke to the person we bought it from and he qwas extremely rude and abusive to me. I was accused of trying to pull a fast one and trying to get something

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with never again will I ever step foot in there. If you have a problem after sales he ignores your calls gets his facts wrong when he finally rings you back and thinks his aloud to shout what he wants down the phone. well at the time I was in a cue and put him on loud speaker everyone stopped and listened it was so funny as after I told everyone he was the manager from midfurn in alcester this is how he speaks to you after spending thousands of pounds with him and the whole cue went away taking about how rude.
