Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraws from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).

Outstanding service from Hamilton Chess! We are very close to completing the purchase of our house and sale of our flat, both thanks to Rav. We've recently moved into a rental property managed by Hamilton Chess. The whole moving process was incredibly easy and well-managed, with a really friendly, personal service (a special thank you to Jake who's been our main contact and a dream to work with).
