I had Julie sorting my public liability insurance for few years now, she is so professional and quick to remind me when the insurance is coming up for renewal. The insurance comes up to less then I paid for the first year when my income was much smaller then is now. Also it gives me peace of mind knowing that I am covered if things happen. I would strongly recommend Cascade Insurance to everybody who needs insurance.

I have worked with Julie and Cascade Insurance for over a year now and having worked with other brokers in the past I can say cascade has been the best.
Julie quick grasped my business and asked me questions other brokers hadn’t. This meant that we found several areas for improvement.
The main reason I have found for working with a broker is to have someone who can answer questions about policies (and find good coverage) but over the last year as odd questions have come up cascade have been able to give almost instant replies even when there have been unusual circumstances.

Whilst initially provided us with insurance, Julie has struggled to grasp our business as it evolved and eventually gave up as it became too difficult for her to understand our business which was disappointing - taking some time to get back to us and eventually suggesting we find another broker. This left us uninsured for a number of days.
