The facility is situated in the heart of Tameside in Ashton Under Lyne, the town centre location is just 5 Minutes away from the M60 motorway and a stones throw away from Ashton bus station and train station.
Our 50 Station gym is bright, welcoming and designed exclusively for ladies! It covers everything from cardio workouts, resistance training, right through to a free weights area! We offer programs at a small charge so each customer can have a personalised program with a weigh and measure service to help monitor your progress and to help achieve your goals!

Love the community vibe in the place everyone’s very friendly, the gym has everything I need, the classes are brill and the crèche gives both me and my little girl a good excuse to get out of the house.
I signed up for 12 months for the discount and will be signing up again as soon as my contract has ended
