We had our wood burner fitted this week and it’s great. The fitters have done a great job with what seems to be a very difficult installation due to additional brickwork behind our old fireplace. We were really happy with our fitter (sorry I can’t recall his name) who gave us a lot of good advice and recommendations during the install. The wood burner is excellent quality, looks lovely and we are really happy with it. The staff in the showroom are friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions.

Had our wood stove installed just before the weekend by Jamie and Andy.
Really friendly lads who are very knowledgeable and answered all my hundreds of questions honestly and factually. The installation involved building a chimney breast which looks absolutely fantastic and they adjusted the chimney upon request without a moment's hesitation.
The standard of the work is excellent and we're very pleased with the results.

We had our stove installed yesterday. From ordering to installation, everything was made easy by the leeds stove team. Joe came to do the survey. Measured up and gave his suggestions of what could be done. We went to the store and again saw Joe who took his time to explain the differences between various stoves and hearths. No rush at all. He must have spent a good 30 mins with us explaining various options. We placed out order. The team of Karl & Paul came to install our stove. Knock on door at 8am and they were ready to get started. Five stars would definitely recommend! Placed order for a new stove and hearth over the phone, paid via Zettle and got a digital receipt. Fitting was booked for 2 weeks later.
The guys turned up 2 days earlier than planned and were in and out in a couple of hours! Karl did a great job of accommodating our oddly shaped fireplace / skirts, and took the time after they were done to explain how to safely use the stove and even set a fire for us.

We are so pleased with our new woodburner, it is even better than we imagined! Chris in the office was really helpful, getting things arranged. Ryan and Joel were really helpful and friendly and did a great job explaining our options and fitting our stove. I would definitely recommend Leeds Stove Centre, their prices were also very competitive.

In store, the staff member (who was very busy!) was very knowledgeable and helpful, helping us make our choices. The two fitters came twice, the first time to assess the fire place and make sure they knew exactly what needed doing, the second time to fit the stove. Both times they came promptly and were very polite, friendly, and efficient. The installation was exactly what we wanted it to be, and we are delighted with the final results!

Leeds stove centre were excellent from start to finish. They offered a very competitive price and there were no hidden extras. They had a few problems with the flue on the day of fitting it but stopped at nothing to make sure that as the customer we were not disappointed and we got our wood burner.
Joel and Ryan carried out the work to a very high standard and we’re very clean and tidy. Would massively recommend this company!

Had our wood burner installed by Tom and Chris on Saturday 10th July. Very pleased with our experience with Leeds Stove Centre from initial contact and the survey, the visit to the showroom and the installation.
Cannot believe how quickly the guys worked - removed the old fireplace, smashed out the opening and installed the new bits to a high standard all in a days work!
