I contacted Paul this week after getting stranded in Cornwall by Rent A Clown. Although it was 4.45pm when I called, Paul and his team were amazingly helpful and ultimately fixed my car the next morning and got us back on the road to the Midlands. I can't recommend these guys high enough. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional all at a very reasonable price....Thanks again

I bought a car from Paul at Sprys just over a year ago and have been meaning to leave a review ever since. Everything from buying the car to resolving any warranty issues has been straightforward, yes there were a couple of issues but cars do go wrong and it is the aftercare that matters. My experience has only been positive, so a big thank you to the team. Looking forward to revisiting when it is time for a new car.

I bought a car off Sprys which was a smooth easy transaction. Great service and was happy to return to them to have my M.O.T done with them a year later.
The service I received today was absolutely appalling. Not only did they fail to service my car properly but lied about it. I will never use them again and if you are female and you do be prepared to be patronised and talked over and down to.

Poor customer service, no reply to emails, and when you arrive to view a car as discussed with them then find it's not there, despite telling them exactly which one you where coming to view. Gentlemen there was then extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, no attempt to resolve or offer solution to the issue. Poor for a dealer having dealt and worked in sales for many years this is a shining example of how not to operate a business.

I generally rate this garage this is why I bought from them again, I do not know what happened this time but it just felt a bit of a cluster furk. Communication was well of course which cost me a needless £60, ok the car is used and it is expected that a little work may need attention but I did not expect the new MOT to have so many advisories. The vehicle has a complete service history and a quick bit of thought and it it obvious it was past the service period, unfortunately not even the oil was changed. I used this garage and happily paid a bullish price for a used vehicle because I expected
