I had just got through the door after queuing outside for a while when the heavens opened. Rain and hail was pounding the people that I had left behind outside. Four of the staff behind the counter stopped to discuus the weather and check who had brought umbrellas with them day, a couple of them seemed amused by the situation.
When I had finished battling with the one member of at least 5 staff present to get my prescription I asked why no one was on the additional serving station, and why it was amusing that customers were getting soaked and battered by hail outside. She refused to answer my
