Ordered an adidas headguard on express delivery as a Christmas present. Unfortunately Royal Mail did not deliver the item within 24 hours as expected. Emailed Budo and received prompt responses everytime and refund of delivery charge so excellent service. Item arrived a couple of days late but still in time for Xmas and looks like quality product. Thanks Tom for exceptional service.

The highest quality customer service. It was a pleasure to deal with Tom. Hayabusa T3 LX are excellent. I opted for the synthetic gloves first but then had them changed for real leather ones and have no regrets. I got a few other things by Hayabusa from the seller, all are of high quality, as expected.

I placed order worth over £100 ten days ago and only 1 thing has arrived with no explanation of why nor any indication of when the rest is due. I am becoming increasingly worried as there are only a handful of days left for delivery before Christmas and these are the only gifts I have got for my son.
Their phone number doesn't work and they haven't replied to my email.
*** Update: Order completed promptly and efficiently now. Great products at a great price. Would give them a second chance. That said, you need to fix your phone number and / or keep customers up-to-date when delays are happening

Needed a Gi, but unsure of size. Provided plenty of advice and info, inviting me to the shop to try things on and make sure I was happy.
Even after buying my Gi, Tom emailed to check everything was happy and offered to order and swap for another size if needed.
Would highly recommend and will be using them for any future needs!
