It is stating the obvious that both you and the driver wish to convey children safely and in appropriate, comfortable seats. By preference, if you are going both ways, we would prefer to take your own seats and store them while you are away. This is because your child will be familiar with the seat, and you will be able to fix the seat yourself, being familiar with how it attaches to the car.
What is fare matching? Usually it is where we fill the empty leg of a journey to or from an airport. This means we have people in the car both ways, which is obviously much more fuel efficient, fairer to the environment, and we believe everyone should benefit. Sometimes there may be separate bookings where both parties want to go to the same destination at about the same time.
The driver was very professional and knowledgable and most importantly, he made me feel safe and was very concerned about my puppy. He even gave me a bit of sightseeing tour as well. Our return flight from Malta was delayed so we were delighted to be greeted by your driver at approximately 3.00 am some three hours later than expected.

I am shocked to see such negative reviews of this company considering they have been running for 30 years!
Of all our experiences with Bizzy cars/Swan Cabs, our latest experience was hands down the best.
Our driver was on time (a little early which put us at ease, with no pressure to rush), well put together (a blouse, smart jeans, polished shoes and (most importantly) a high level of personal hygiene!), helpful - organising and lifting our luggage into the boot (I can assure you I do not pack light!) and an overall professional and pleasant journey was had by all.

Hi ,just to say we had a bad experience with our driver.was to pick us up at Bristol arrivals airport,we had to go and find him in the car park of over 100 cars,it took an hour as it was pouring with rain and he just sat in his car,he was a smoker and i asked for a none smoker,and he was very scruffy, jeans ,hoody and dirty pumps,and when he got out of his car ,we carried our own cases down 2 lots of steps and to top it all he couldn't even find his own car ,so more wondering around.Bizzy cars need to educate the drivers they use.not a good service and would not use them again.not even an apology
