Ridiculous customer service, very rude and unhelpful, Management offer empty promises yet never hold up their end of the deal. Companies delivery drivers are even worse than the people in charge, should not be allowed to control a HGV / LGV vehicle and when something does go wrong (as staff in the office admit this is a regular occasion) Management refuse to provide insurance details and ignore calls, emails etc.
