We urgently needed more materials on a Friday, Barton Jones delivered in under an hour from ordering! That is fantastic service, brought straight to us on a dedicated van as well. They haven't let us down once, with prompt ad-hoc deliveries of boxes, bags, tape and bubble. Very responsive sales team and friendly, helpful drivers in smart modern vans. Called at 9am today for large double walled cardboard boxes because Rajapack let us down and had us waiting all day yesterday for a delivery that wasn’t even handed to the courier. We were able to collect at 10am today from Barton Jones, best customer service we’ve received from a packaging supplier and we would 100% recommend.

Barton Jones are an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have some relatively complex requirements, but nothing has been an issue, and the turnaround times for our product packaging is the quickest we have seen at the same strict quality standards that we insist of. There ARE good companies out there and Barton Jones is a perfect example. After two MAJOR packaging companies in Letchworth couldn't be bothered to even show interest, I contacted BJP. By mid morning I'd had a visit, measurements were taken and by lunch I'd had working samples of custom packaging. By close, I'd placed and order and first delivery had been made. Shame on you (you know who you are) for not even bothering to reply to my enquiry. Barton Jones now has my business.
