After sending e-mail to this caravan park on New Year’s Day, as we were up in the Cairngorms, to see if they had any availability we got a response the next day, that they had availability, we booked 2 nights straight away. The lady and gentleman I spoked to was very helpful and new we were going to be a late arrival, on arrival they were very professional, and instructed us on we were pitched and we’re all facilities were. The site was immaculate, well kept and pitches were very spacious, the toilets, showers and washing up area very clean and hygienic, thank you for a pleasant stay, highly

We have visited this site over the past eight years with a tent and a camper van. We have seen it develop into what is now a superb site for tents, camper vans and caravans. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly and very helpful. It’s position just off the A1 at Belford makes it ideal for exploring the coast, hills and Scottish Borders.

Fantastic all round.. all the staff are fantastic... Yvonne is our favorite!! But don't tell anyone!...The whole place is superbly laid out...great dog walking area..great playpark area away from pitches. We store our caravan here so it's sited and leveled for our arrival. Bargain!!! Check out their website as I've probably missed out loads.
The shower/ toilet blocks are cleaned 5 times a day..and are very modern and spotless..
Belford co-op is an 8 min walk as is the chippy which is amazing.
Bus stop is 4 min walk...get a 3 day Rover ticket.
Anyway like I said check out the website...it's

Very well laid out and maintained, this is an excellent site for touring. The super pitches have good sized hardstandings with water and power. Good play areas if you're encumbered with young children. The WiFi signal is adequate and the loos/showers are scrupulously clean and of a high standard. The picturesque village of Belford is a five minute walk away and has good pubs and an allegedly excellent fish and chip shop which closes around 8 o'clock.

Amazing site and our late booking was accommodated. Only issue was the cement works across the road which on some days operated from 7am until 10pm not dusty just noisy. Would not be an issue to pitches further into the site but those nearer the entrance were definitely affected. That said did adapt to this as it was not constant day after day and really enjoyed our stay

So this site isn’t actually quiet though you’d expect it to be in a small
Village but you can hear the traffic off the main A1 and construction noise in the mornings too. The showers and toilets were good but push button didn’t stay on long enough at all. Pitches were big and flat and all hedged so they are separate which is nice. I wouldn’t suggest eating at the salmon inn either, just my opinion!
