Services
We have a large, fully trained team of staff. All of which have also completed or are studying towards their animal care certification. Our dedicated team of Animal Carers will give your pet the best possible care and attention whilst you are way. We love every pet like it is our own during their stay with us so you can rest assured and enjoy your time away.
Our individual kennels and adjoining outside weather proof runs provide warm, comfortable and safe accomodation for all breeds, ages and sizes of dogs. For owners with more than one dog we can provide large kennel units to accomodate up to four dogs from one family. All pets receive individual loving care and attention from our team of qualified animal carers.
Each individually heated cat chalet purrfectly meets your cats requirements. An insulated and snug bedroom area is provided together with a outer play area. You are welcome to bring personal belongings to make a purrfect home from home for your cat. Fresh fish together with a wide variety of pouches and dried food are served to your cats personal preference.
We are also able to cater for all dietary needs, being able to order on request anything that your pets desire. All very competitive in price. In our shop we have a good selection of toys, treats and beds, so that you can spoil the fluffy friends in your life now and then. We are able to microchip and engrave tags while you wait, but appointments are recommended during busy periods.
You will soon hit a large roundabout (Penn Inn), continue straight ahead, over the flyover. Exactly 1 mile down that road, you will see a turning right, signposted Kingskerswell. Take the turning and follow on until you reach the roundabout. At this roundabout take the third exit and continue down the road until you reach another roundabout.

Excellent, showed us around, nice size pen, there was a field for exercise, individual pen's for one to one play time. We could fault nothing. Thank you to the staff, our dog came out with a big smile.

Our cat stayed for two weeks during our house move He was fine when we picked him up and didn't smell at all.
Kennel maids very friendly and encouraged us to call up during his stay to see how he settled Which we did

Unfortunately my dog had to board in kennels for a month a few years ago, due to and unexpected emergency house move, by the time I picked him up to come home, he was severely stressed, had awful kennel cough, lost si much weight he was looking skeletal and was covered in urine absolutely stinking... He was so quiet and depressed when i got him home, never felt guilt like it.

Critical: Quality
I have just seen a photo of a dog left in the care of this kennels! What an absolute disgrace! The poor dog was skin and bone! If you loved your animal that much you would avoid this place at all costs!!

Our Westie stayed here for the first time this week. He seems to have been well looked after and came out happily enough. We will definitely use again.

My Labrador always pulls to go in which says an awful lot to me. She comes out smelling lovely having been bathed. Happy dog = happy owner. Would highly recommend.
