An ideal guest house for people working away from home who are looking for good, clean accomodation at a very good rate. Chestnut Lodge offers Breakfast with tea/coffee facilities in all rooms. Central heating, double glazing and television are standard with clean towels and linen supplied. Centrally located for all major transport, Chestnut Lodge also offers ample car parking for guest use.
There is a selection of cereals and fruit juices followed by a traditionally cooked breakfast with sausage, bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms and tomato. Hot beverages include tea and coffee. Some guests prefer not to have breakfast and this is fine, which is why we charge seperately for rooms and breakfast.

Told the owner we would arrive about 4pm, he said there wouldn't be anyone there at that time, call 30min before arrival and he'll be there. No problem. We arrived early in the day so assumed he would be there, sering to his guests. Chapped door, no one there. Called a few times then left a message. We waited 40 mins giving him the 30mins he asked for. Still nothing. We couldn't get booked anywhere else in that area so decided to drive home to Scotland. We had been dropping off my step son to his mother's. While on the road my phone rang but was in my bag in the boot as I was driving. When we stopped
