Lovely to be back after nearly 5 months. Great overdue cut from Charlene - thank you. Great friendly reception team. Also like the fact that they have reserved car parking outside. Important now that you can't park at White Cross. Many of us need more that an hour to sort out our locks! Thanks

Posting here as my email was ignored. Last Saturday at 8.15 am I was parked outside the hat shop waiting for my vet appointment. They were running late so just after 8.30 am I was just going into the vets when a very rude lady shouted at me saying my car wasn’t totally in the parking bay! Tbh I hadn’t realised I was slightly over the line, but when I parked there were no other cars on that side and I was conscious of leaving space to the right for vehicles needing access behind the vets.
