They took my order and my money.
An hour and 10 minutes later we still have received our order so I phoned them . They said they busy and they haven't even prepared my order yet.
You would expect them to give you a call with a little update maybe but i just wanted out food so asked how long they think it will be. They said another 25 minutes tops.
This was 40 minutes ago and now I can't get through to them.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE Bad service ordered a pizza ask for no pepperoni phoned up explained on the phone. Paid extra for pineapple no pineapple at all on the pizza no scenario for a refund he said are you Muslim what a joke we are actually allergic to pepperoni will not be ordering food from there in the future poor customer service no apologies DO NOT EAT FROM HERE

Been using Antonio's for a while and to start with the food been good. Sometimes greasy but good. However recently they been getting wrong orders and tonight had to wait 2 hours and 15 mins for our pizza that when the pizzas did arrive there was only 2 not 3. So had to wait an extra 10 mins.
Shame because food is good but won't be using Antonio's again.

Don't get me wrong, I love a Papa Johns or what not, but with times tough lately I've had a change of thinking and decided to see what independent businesses in the local area to try. I wasn't disappointed by Antonio's. I was first enticed by their offer of a large pizza and two toppings for £5 collection. Size wise it is perhaps slightly smaller that the large size papa johns do. But I have no complaints about the quality. When I sit back in my car after collecting, I get the most beautiful smell of freshly cooked pizza, it is real take-away quality. 3rd time I’ve ordered from here-
1st time large kebab- about 5 strips of meat on it that cost £6!! Paid for a bottle of coke ended up with a can
2nd time kebab meat ordered again rang this time to check we could have more meat than last time, was delivered and the kebab had bits of chicken tikka meat all over so clearly used the same equipment and not washed!
3rd time- order was fine for once apart from the fact the bottle of coke was 3 months out of date!!!

I've never had pizza like it it's so fresh u watch them sorting the fresh dough and make it right in front of you. The chicken fillets are lush and kebab meat is definitely lamb u can taste the freshness......and the bbq chicken wings well I would definitely say they got to b tried they r to die for.
