Looking for Fun apparently the current term is 'Competitive Socializing', but to us it's always been Fun here 'one way or the other' since 1920. Relax in a comfortable, friendly setting and enjoy a range of alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and cocktails while you socialise, watch a live band or play games.

I must say Groove Royale we're an excellent band. Brilliant soul R and B and pop with 3 top class singers and superb multi instrumentalists. Everyone left the venue with a smile on their faces after 2 hours of foot taping and uplifting music. I look forward to seeing them in the future. About the venue it's a small room holding between 70 to 80 people. Intimate but none the less generated a great atmosphere. On the negative side beer and food prices were very expensive.£4.70 for a larger dash not even Carling on menu.Food was a fancy burger with chips or a Pizza both around £12 for each meal

What a place! Lovely people and you couldn't ask fir friendlier. Great craft beer, perfect service, they love dogs, got live music and as for the pizzas? I'm not a fan normally as it bloats me but Antonio is a star! The pizzas and burgers are a taste sensation from someone who doesn't normally eat that kind of food. A great addition to the local bar scene - quirky, friendly and just right up my street. Heartily recommended.
