I ordered two sets of boxes from R+R in one, single order.
Firstly, the first set of boxes were delivered to an INCORRECT address. They were delivered to my Billing address instead of my Shipping address. (No refund of shipping was given).
The second set weren't delivered at all. I was then emailed by a member of their customer service team called Thomas. He advised that the second set of boxes weren't in stock (despite there being no information on their website to suggest that this particular size wasn't available) and that there would be a 2 week lead time on these. Due to this extended lead

The sales team are always a pleasure to deal with. Today I placed a call to get a delivery for tomorrow. Amanda said she’d do her best and would contact the warehouse immediately, but couldn’t guarantee anything. I just got a text from DPD saying my order will arrive tomorrow. Amanda clearly did her best, and I appreciate it immensely. Thank you!
