I was a temp thr, they have a temp to hire program and I am not entry level although I took an entry level position. I was hired given the belief that I could and would be hired on as a machine operator. I learn exceptionally fast so I was hoping and practically begging to be trained in all areas but unfortunately my trainer in fitments kept giving me the continuous run around. After 3 weeks of games and no real progress I decided to call it quits. My advice is that they need to get rid of Brandi Clemens have much better communication between management and employees. When hired I had no clue who
