Increasingly, vehicle owners throughout Essex and Suffolk are recognising that they have the right to choose a Balgores Accident Repair Centre for their vehicle repair as opposed to the "approved repairer" specified by their insurance company, who may not even have the appropriate manufacturer approvals.
Repairing aluminium-bodied vehicles requires high levels of expertise and investment, as specialist equipment and repair techniques are required. In addition, repairs to aluminium-bodied cars have to be carried out in a separate environment, away from potential of contamination from steel particles.

Balgores Romford have been fantastic throughout the whole process! Jodie and Sean were both such a pleasure to deal with. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The bodywork on my car after repair is faultless! It couldn't be better - I'm unsure of the person who did it but please thank them for me! I will not hesitate to use your garage in the in the future. Thanks guys. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.

Balgores Motor should be closed down they are thieves it took them 2 months to fix one car disgrace of a garage. When my car was taken to another garage to be mended it took them 2 weeks I do not understand what services they produce they stole my car and refused to return it even my insurance company tried calling them no response. I will advise everyone not to take your cars to them might take them months to fix and also I believe the work is not professionally done. Poor service

My Mercedes C class was sent to this garage from Admiral Insurance, they took 2 months to do 0 work and handed my car back in still damaged condition.
Lucky MB and admiral weighed in on this and have sent it to a much better garage who actually is capable of fixing cars.
Disgraceful customer service, borderline fraud in regards to what they billed admiral and shocking standard of work.
Go anywhere but here!

Have been allocated Balgores Motors Romford by my insurance company to sort out a dent and paint work for my Lexus. As I am a nurse, my days off are precious after long shifts. Last week, I was told the day before what courtesy car I would get and had to organise a permit, I did not get a reply regards to the time my car would be collected and due to the miscommunication my car was not picked up nor a courtesy car delivered. I rearranged to drop my car off and pick the car assigned to me today. Only to be called this morning to be told that they had given the car assigned to someone else. Really

We recently used Balgores to carry out some bodywork repairs and paintwork on our vans. Rikki & his team were very professional and there was a good level of communication throughout the schedule of works.

My insurance company referred me this garage to repair my bmw 4 series but when l received my car, it was looking ok but after test drive wind noise was coming from driver side window, it was easy to see the gap, how they delivered my car without testing!!! then l drove to romford, they said they fixed the problem. Couple of days later, when l was driving around 50mph, wind noise was still coming from same driver side window, l called them and they took my car to fixed it again but l have still same issue!! Except this rest of the repair was ok but not perfect by the way!

My EV has been out for repairing with Balgore, and it is still there. In total it is about 3 weeks, we already extended the estimated timelinefor another week due to the delay of some parts from Tesla and the COVID situation.
My first impression is good, but we will see once my car returns back to me. The handling and customer service is better than standard levels and I am happy that someone keep me 1-2 times updated about the procedures weekly. The courtesy car provided by the garage does a great job and is new.

Not impressed. My Toyota Yaris went in for repair after an accident and panel damage. The paint used was a slightly different colour to the original paint work. You could see the difference in the replaced panel to the rest of the bodywork.
Two insurance companies have sent me here for two repairs on two cars over the years including paint jobs and both paint jobs were not of a sufficient quality. Very poor workmanship.
