I found ADL Autocentre / Crash repair through a comparison site for a full service and MOT. Not only were they the most affordable, but the car was collected by a polite service colleague in the morning, and returned early afternoon. I was kept informed throughout, and the work was excellent. I will be happy to use them for future car projects.

This firm was a ahead and shoulders above others used in the past and I highly recommend them to friends. They were professional, on-time, polite and actually did a great job fixing the damaged car too - see photos.

Shame I can give 0 stars.
This company is a complete joke. The staff do nothing but lie, saying they will call you on specific days, will update you, will fix things, will get a new car out to you etc and none of it happens.
The courtesy car was covered in what looks and smells like vomit and also stank of cigarette smoke. The driver that took my car reversed into a main road without looking and nearly hit two oncoming vehicles, the staff I have spoken to on the phone have been condescending and rude and they tried to return my car with damage they said they had fixed then denied saying they
