didn't have the item I wanted. but I think they were a bit too busy to show me others items I might have been interested in, which I saw later on the eBay account

Joke of company, saw the item on eBay was told be ready tomorrow. When I took the hour and half trip got there they couldn't find it and not only that it's was completely different and really knocked about not described waste of time.

Drove over 2 hours to get to this store, was purchasing an oven hob which was retailing at £1000.
The pictures we saw had minor scratches which we was willing to accept, as did the description.
Got to the store and it was heavily damaged in multiple places which we wasn't informed about, nor did the description say this.
I read the reviews online about Safeer Appliances in Birmingham and previous customers having bad service - can confirm it is diabolical. The customer service is shocking, no apologies, no empathy, no explanation. I later rung the store and told them I was dissatisfied with

EDIT: I bought an oven which looked fine from the front however during testing to show me it working, briefly, and after payment I noticed the back was severely dented. I was reassured that this wouldn't be a problem.
However, after installation the oven kept tripping the electrics- eventually, after 2 visits, the engineer I paid for tracked it down to the dent short circuiting the wiring. The first visit he fixed the element causing the short, next time found out what was breaking the elements.
The suggested help was to bring it back for a replacement, this was after the oven had been installed
