Julian Hobbs is a Masters and a BA (Hons) graduate from the University of Cambridge and the University of York. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Big Four firm KPMG in 2002 and since then he has accumulated significant experience in various commercial positions for a FTSE-100 retail firm.

I have contacted Julian Hobbs earlier this year and by some mistake my requests went to the spam folder and I thought I was being ignored. Now I was contacted offering a full explanation of the situation and offering an apology . For me this is fantastic customer service and if in need of an accountant I will definetly contact them again. I am not even a client and was treated as a VIP on their response. Very well deserved 5 stars, keep up this level of service!
