Once we are allowed to reopen all visitors to the kennels will be by appointment only and we won't be able to assist any walk ins. Tender loving care comes as standard at our dog boarding kennels and West End Farm in Buxhall, near Stowmarket, Suffolk UK.
All canine guests at our boarding kennels are looked after by highly skilled and experienced kennel assistants, who take them for walks, give them large areas to play in and serve up their favourite foods.Our kennel accommodation is heated, with single kennels for your pet or larger areas if you have more than one dog and your pets would like to stay together.

Fantastic Kennels with amazing friendly staff. My boys have been coming here for 3 years now and they love it, my Shepherd will run straight from the car in to the kennel. Nothing is ever too much trouble, even when I call with 24hrs notice. The premises is clean, spacious and secure.

Ive used West End Farm Kennels 3 times now. I was a little dubious at first after reading some of the reviews. To be honest I can’t fault this place. Will definitely use them again. Great team there, Albert kind of looks forward to going there. He drags me to his kennel.

Due to a run in with neighbors (not my doing)our dog ran off out the door they left open and blocked us from chasing after him. Being 19 we didn't know where he was untill I got hold of Ipswich Council.
This place is quite the way out of town, lovely country. And the charge to get my dog released. Not happy due to not my error.
Friendly staff and my dog seemed to not give a monkeys.

We rescued a pup from here approx 7 years ago, the staff were professional and polite, I strongly advocate that you bide your time and rescue the right dog oppose to going to a breeder, there are far too many dogs In rescue shelters!
Our dog was microchipped and we paid a small donation for him.
By far the best money we have spent.

The staff set Wife an me with the right sort of Dog was called rusty he was about 6to7yrs old. We had hI'm for 12yrs before passed away peacefully good age an wemail had happy times he was little frightened at first then he started to trespass us he end as loyal an us to him
he loved us till it was time go doggy heaven. The staff set us with rusty thay know when they chatted to us put the right type of dog with family.

Disgusted by these guys, our little dog ran off last night. He was found by the police, taken to the vets and they tried to read the microchip which apparently didnt read so they took him here. Not only were we charged 100 pounds, we were told that our little family dog who is always around young children at home is aggressive and should have a muzzle. He was frightened! Only true professionals would recognise a scared dog and these people are not it. Horrible attitude and nasty staff.
