Thank you Katrina, you truly listened to me and were there for me at a time of great sadness. I am much more positive now about the future. I had a very positive outcome with Katrina, her warmth and professionalism led me to really understand the reasons behind my anxiety and she gave me the right 'tools ' to overcome them.

Katrina is an amazing Counselor/Therapist. She really listens to you and what you have to say and actually remembers what you tell her. She always gives constructive feedback. Katrina is intelligent, diligent, professional, organized, and punctual. She will always make time for those who invest time in her. I would highly recommend seeing Katrina if you are struggling or just need someone to talk to.

Before I met Katrina, my experiences with therapy had been damaging. After what occurred, I stopped seeing anyone, and it wasn’t until 18 months later that I had my first session with Katrina.
In the very first one, even though we were meeting for the first time; she made me feel safe, and I could already tell she cared. She listened attentively and not once did it feel like an intense patient and client scenario; it was like a discussion between friends. Katrina has played a vital role in my recovery, and I am lucky because I can also call her a friend.
