For the last 20 years we have made it our business to know the people leading the Chemicals and Process industries. The industry is vast with companies operating in a diverse range of sectors including petrochemicals, packaging, adhesives and beyond. Our Chemicals and Process function is led by Anita Caldwell, a highly experienced consultant with more than 20 years' experience in search and selection.
As your advocate in the search process, we will ensure that your brand has been positioned effectively in the market. We produce a thorough brief, so you know we have captured everything that is important to you; it's the detail that counts. We've worked together as a team for a long time. Chris Lewis at RMG found me on LinkedIn after I changed my profile to reflect I was open to work. I had recently been made redundant and Chris made it his mission to find me a job. I recently worked with Nina Richards who helped me secure my dream job role. I have very little experience in the interview process but Nina was always available to answer any questions and she kept me well informed. She went above and beyond my expectations, following up with me before and after every interview stage and making sure I knew everything I needed to know for the next stage. Started my new job this week, recruited through RMG. Have to say the experience was excellent from start to finish. Special mentions to Oliver Duke and Nina Richards who were so supportive and kept me informed at every stage.
