We offer legal advice and support covering a multitude of family law issues. At the outset of a relationship we can help you agree the terms of a cohabitation agreement or pre nuptial agreement.

In this event, we are encouraged by the court and its process to take a practical approach and we will endeavour to assist you to reach a resolution with the help of a Judge at several stages before a Trial.
Mediation offers a neutral environment to discuss issues concerning arrangements for your children and the families finances following a decision to separate. We focus on what matters to you and finding workable solutions for both short term and long term arrangements. Mediation is a very practical forum.
